Our policy states that if you would like to cancel, you will be issued a full refund if this takes place 72 hours prior to your event. If you decide to cancel after this mark unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Paperless Games endeavour to provide customers with fair return services to ensure customer satisfaction.
A refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:
you decided to cancel within 72 hours of your event.
you do not turn up to the event on time.
we change our pricing
Should there be errors within your game packs down to Human Error we must be given the opportunity to amend this before a refund will be provided. If we are unable to fix the error, then a refund may be applicable.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate game, please get in touch at bookings@paperlessgames.co.uk so we can arrange this for you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within around 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact us as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
